V Ai Desk operates as a sub-processor of customers. This page summarizes our data practices; the definitive version is published with V Ai Desk LLC formalization.

Scope

V Ai Desk processes end-user data on behalf of customers who integrated our API. Customers are data controllers; we are operator (LGPD) or processor (GDPR/CCPA).

What we collect

Messages exchanged in the support channel, attachments, opaque end-user identifier (controlled by the customer), and optionally email for view magic link. We do not store the real identity of the end-user.

AWS (compute, storage), SendGrid (email), Sentry (error telemetry). Updated list in Trust Center when available.
